At Microphone-Parts.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your DIY audio projects and component upgrades. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unassembled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sensitive electronic components and small hardware parts are included and protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our facility using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in new, un-soldered condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
